For Seekers
Finding & Reviewing Practitioners
What is The Star Catalog?
The Star Catalog is a free, community-driven review directory for spell casters, psychics, energy healers, and other spiritual practitioners. Anyone can browse the directory, read reviews, and submit a review.
Do I need to sign in to browse the directory?
No. You can browse all practitioner profiles and read reviews without any account. Signing in with Google is only required if you want to write a review, upvote a practitioner, or save profiles to your personal list.
Are practitioners on this site verified or endorsed?
No. We do not verify, endorse, or recommend any practitioner. The Star Catalog is a neutral review platform. We list practitioners as submitted by the community and let reviews speak for themselves. Exercise your own judgment before working with anyone.
How do I leave a review?
Open any practitioner's profile page and click "Write a Review." You will need to sign in with a Google account — this helps prevent fake reviews. You can leave a star rating (1–5), a written review, and optionally upload up to two proof images (such as screenshots or payment receipts).
Can I leave a negative review?
Yes. All honest reviews are welcome — positive, negative, or mixed. We do not remove reviews because a practitioner disagrees with them. Reviews are only removed if they contain illegal content, hate speech, personal attacks unrelated to the service, or are clearly spam.
What does upvoting do?
Upvoting a practitioner increases their visibility in the directory. Profiles are ranked by the number of upvotes from the community, so practitioners who have genuinely helped people naturally rise to the top.
Can I save practitioners to find them later?
Yes. If you are signed in, you can click the bookmark icon on any profile to save it to your personal "Saved" list. Access your saved profiles anytime from the Saved link in the navigation bar.
Does The Star Catalog guarantee any results or mediate payments?
No. We are strictly a review and discovery platform. We do not handle payments, mediate disputes between seekers and practitioners, or guarantee any outcomes. All transactions happen directly between you and the practitioner.
For Practitioners
Getting Listed & Managing Your Profile
How do I get listed on The Star Catalog?
Anyone can submit a practitioner profile — including the practitioner themselves, or a seeker who wants to recommend someone. Just click "Submit Practitioner" in the navigation and fill in the details. No sign-in or payment required to submit.
Is it free to be listed?
Yes, completely free.
Can I edit or remove my profile?
Currently, profile edits and removal requests are handled manually. Please contact us through the Contact page with the profile details and your request. We aim to respond within a few days.
Can I ask for a negative review to be removed?
No. We do not remove honest reviews at a practitioner's request. If you believe a review is fake, spam, or violates our content policy, you can flag it for review. We will look into it — but removal is not guaranteed unless there is a clear policy violation.
Will my profile show up immediately after submission?
Profiles are typically made visible shortly after submission. We do a basic check to ensure submissions are genuine and not duplicates.
Platform
How the Platform Works
How is the directory ordered?
By default, newly added practitioners are shown first. You can also filter by specialty and delivery time, and sort by upvotes or price.
Are reviews moderated?
Lightly. We allow all genuine reviews without prior moderation. We only step in to remove content that is illegal, constitutes harassment, is clearly spam or fake, or grossly misrepresents facts. Reviews will not be removed simply because a practitioner requests it.
How do I contact The Star Catalog?
Visit our Contact page. We read every message, though response times may vary.
